What Is Included in a Written Estimate

After we visit your space and take measurements, we put together a written estimate that covers the following:

• Square footage of the area to be tiled
• Material recommendations with specific product options
• Substrate preparation requirements, including any repair work needed before tile can be set
• Labor breakdown by phase: prep, setting, grouting, and cleanup
• Grout and thinset type recommended for the application
• Estimated project timeline with cure times noted

The estimate is provided in writing before any work begins. There is no obligation to proceed, and no pressure to decide on the spot.
